I came late to this fitness and health thing… but I have worked hard to lose more than 65kg over a fourteen month period, and I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been.
I now run, play tennis, ride a bike, do CrossFit, TRX, Pilates and yoga, and I lift heavy things. A lot. I’m no expert, but I reckon I’ve got value to add.
